Adrian Harrell – Senior Property Manager
License # 01731848
Adrian is the President and CEO at New Bridge Management. Previously, she worked in Europe as a consultant helping Fortune 200 companies. She holds two Master’s degrees in International Business Administration and International Management. At NBM, her main duties include market analysis, client relations, and portfolio strategy development.

Adrian’s community commitments include serving on several nonprofit boards, where she holds leadership roles. When she’s not working, Adrian loves spending time with her family, sipping wine, entertaining friends, and traveling. Her motto is “have passport, will travel.”
Maria Anaya – Executive Property Manager

Maria started at New Bridge Management in 2017, as a Business Development Associate, and quickly moved into the role of Executive Property Manager. In her role, she manages all Resident relations spanning lease negotiations, contracts, and portfolio sales. Previously, she worked as a liaison for five different departments in the City of Merced where she worked with housing programs, including conventional, low income, and project-based communities.

Her hands-on approach results in exceptional customer service for both residents and clients. When she’s not working, Maria loves spending time with family, drawing, and cooking.
Erika Lopez – Business Development Manager

Erika works as the Business Development Manager. In this role, she focuses on client acquisition, account management, and expanding business portfolios. She is dynamic and multifaceted, a combination of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to drive business and growth for success. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, camping, hiking and going to the beach. She loves to spectate her son’s travel baseball and serve as his favorite Uber driver.
Honey Bontia – Administrative Assistant
Honey works closely with Maria. She joined New Bridge Management in June 2023. She processes applications, conducts background checks, drafts notices, and collects rent. In her free time, she loves to stay at home with her cats.
Nina Goncalves – Property Inspector & Maintenance Coordinator
Nina is the Property Inspector and Maintenance coordinator. Nina provides Annual, Move in and Move out inspections. This includes detailed photos of properties, enhanced vibrant marketing videos of the units, addresses all Maintenance requests, coordinates all actions with the tenants, vendors, and owners.
When she’s not working, Nina enjoys spending time with her family, baking and shopping.
Natalie Protomartir – Executive Assistant & Accountant
Natalie plays a crucial role in efficiently managing invoices, utility bills, and Section 8 statements. As she reports directly to Adrian, she is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations through her administrative support. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Travel Management from the University of Santo Tomas.
In her leisure time, Natalie dedicates herself to the pursuit of singing through various online applications, thereby enhancing her vocal skills and artistic expression. Additionally, she has a strong interest in cooking, which allows her to creatively engage to produce delightful meals.
Elaine Ortiz – Maintenance Coordinator
Ela is a Maintenance Coordinator. She creates and tracks work orders, Organizes and schedules routine and preventive maintenance tasks, and effectively communicates with different departments to address maintenance concerns. In her free time, Ela loves to cook, shop and travel.
